Where the rebate shows up

Your buyer agreement

The 50% rebate is written into your showing agreement or buyer brokerage agreement before we tour.

Your lender's approval

We tell your lender early so the credit is approved and fits your loan program's limits.

The closing disclosure

The rebate appears as a credit from the brokerage, lowering the cash you bring to closing.

After closing

Keep your settlement statement. Talk with a tax professional about how the rebate affects your cost basis.

Try it with your numbers

Use the rebate calculator to estimate your rebate, read how the rebate works, or see what changes on new construction versus resale homes. If a lender limits credits, our loan limits guide explains why.
