How the Lennar rebate works

Register on the first visit

Lennar requires your broker to be registered at your first contact with Lennar and to accompany you on your first community visit (in person, self-guided or virtual). Call us before you go and we'll handle it.

Keep Lennar incentives

Lennar promotions often depend on using its affiliated lender and title company. Your rebate comes from our commission, so you can usually keep both. Your lender still has to approve the credit.

Contract review

We walk you through Lennar's purchase agreement, deposits, included features and closing timeline.

Lennar realtor rebate FAQ

Does Lennar pay outside real estate agents?

Lennar offers broker co-op commissions on select homes, and the amount varies by community. Your broker must be registered at your first contact and attend your first visit, and you must sign a purchase agreement within 60 days of registration (extensions are possible). We confirm the commission for your home before you sign.

Will Lennar's price change if I use a broker?

No. The commission is already built into the price, so the price is the same with or without a broker.

I already toured a Lennar model. Is it too late?

Not always. Call us before you sign the purchase agreement and we'll check your registration status.
