What to check before you reserve
Pre-construction purchases usually require staged deposits. Review how much is due and when, which deposits are refundable, and what happens if completion is delayed.
Florida's condominium milestone inspection and reserve requirements affect association budgets. Ask for the projected budget and reserves. Luxury commissions are often negotiated and can be lower than 3%. Every situation is different; we confirm the actual compensation, and your 50% rebate, in writing before you offer.
