When agent commissions go up, so does your rebate
In late October 2026, K. Hovnanian advertised up to 5% commission to agents on select homes. With most agents, that extra stays with the agent. With us, your rebate is 50% of what we receive.
On a $450,000 home, a 5% commission would mean an $11,250 rebate instead of $6,750 at 3%. Promotions are limited-time and apply to select homes, so we confirm eligibility in writing before you visit.
New communities are opening now
Hammock Lakes held its agent grand opening in late October 2026. Early buyers often get the best lot selection, but register your agent first. Commissions are negotiable.
