Choosing a Wellen Park neighborhood
Wellen Park neighborhoods differ a lot in price, age rules, amenities and fees. Some are gated golf communities; others are newer all-ages villages near Downtown Wellen. Before you tour, decide what matters most: age-restricted or not, golf membership or not, and how close you want to be to the town center.
